One of the great British comedy sketches of all time is the "An Understanding of Class" sketch that was shown on the Frost Report in 1966.
This is the updated version, based on David Cameron's recent visit to America...to help cement the junior partnership we have with America.....
So, here's the script brought up to date:
Obama: (looking down) I look down on him because I am an American.
Cameron: (looking up) I look up to him because he is an American (looking down) but I look down to him because he is a Lib Dem (looking straight) I am a Conservative.
Clegg: I know my place.
Obama: (looking down) I get a feeling of superiority over them.
Cameron: (looking up) I get a feeling of inferiority from him but a (looking down) a feeling of superiority over him.
Clegg: (looking up) I get a pain in the back of my neck.

The first ever Photoshop I saw was done by a chum who added the letter 'I' to a 'TO LET' sign...
I've never really got beyond that either, but your posts are always as follows: -
Tall - I click on his post, because I may enjoy a small titter...
Medium - I click on his post because I still aspire to his skill, but I look down on him, because he wouldn't understand it!
